Welcome to 2019 DCH Teen Camp!
After May 1, tuition is due in full at time of registration. Contact our office at 781-329-5740 or programs@dedhamcommunityhouse.org with questions.
Please be sure you have the following information before you begin registering. The information is required to complete your campers registration.
Incomplete registrations will not be accepted and you may not get into the camp sessions you need.
- $375 fee per week per camper
- A copy of your child's most recent physical (must be within a year of June 17, 2019). Physicals can be uploaded online, emailed to programs@dedhamcommunityhouse.org or delivered to the DCH Main Office at 671 High St., 2nd Floor, Dedham MA 02026
- Your child's health insurance information
- Photograph of your child. (Preferred and not mandatory) Photos can be uploaded online, emailed to programs@dedhamcommunityhouse.org or mailed/delivered to the DCH Main Office at 671 High St., 2nd Floor, Dedham MA 02026
