A challenging core-based workout guaranteed to get results.  This workout integrates elements of strength, flexibility, balance and pilates training.  Chisel, sculpt and tone your legs, core and arms.  A great workout for all!  Please wear sneakers and bring a mat, yoga block, yoga strap and weights (3-5 pounds).
