2021/2022 DCH Preschool Enrollment Application for New Families

Hello Potential DCH Preschool Families,

We are currently accepting applicaitons for children ages 2-5 years old only. 

We are excited that you are interested in joining us for the 2021-2022 school year!

Please fill out this enrollment form for school year 2021/2022. Registrations are taken on a first come first serve basis. We recommend filling out your registration as soon as possible. There is a $50 non-refundable registration fee for each child you are registering. We will be notifying families on a rolling basis as we begin to fill classrooms. 

Our operating hours are 7:30-4:30pm, with optional extended day options avaliable for an additional fee.
