2017 Spring Gentle Yoga
8 Class Session

Cost: $80 per person
$15 per class drop-in fee if not registered
In this class you will gently stretch and strengthen your body while practicing mindfulness. Yoga is a wonderful way to release tension and stress while improving balance, flexibility, joint health, self-awareness and confidence. Class is suitable for all levels, no experience necessary. Postures will be taught on the floor, standing and occasionally on a chair.
Please bring your own yoga mat, a blanket or towel and a yoga block if you have one.
