Description

Sunday, April 8th

Dolan Center

269 Common Street, Dedham, MA

Blogs and books abound on the concept of what good parenting looks like. Finding the balance of being the parent, working person and partner we want to be can be challenging. This experiential workshop will create a relaxed and soothing atmosphere for the exploration of and clarification on what we as parents are personally doing and want to do to feel fulfilled at home and in the office. We will identify the internal and external “shoulds” and pressures we face. We will support each other to identify and prioritize our personal values.

The goal of this workshop is to feel confident in the habits and patterns we already have in place and establish a clear plan of implementing what we would like to change. The casual format will include self-care destress supports, such as mats on the floor, pillows, and stress balls. We will be writing and sharing ideas with the group.

Specific goals and questions are welcome ahead of time; please email directly to Kim at kim.s.bevans@gmail.com
