Sundays: 9:00 - 10:00 am; BEGINS 6/17 (NO CLASS 7/29) and
Wednesdays: 8:00 - 9:00* pm; BEGINS 6/20 (NO CLASS 7/25)
*Wednesday class will shift to 7:45-8:45 on August 15th
Additional classes will also run on 7/4 and Monday 9/3 from 9:00 - 10:00 am
There wil be NO EVENING CLASS on Wednesday, 7/4

Known as the Zumba "pool party", Aqua Zumba gives new meaning to the idea of an invigorating workout.  Splashing, stretching, twisting, even shouting, laughing, hooting and hollering are often heard during an Aqua Zumba class.  Integrating the Zumba formula and philosophy with traditional aqua fitness disciplines, Aqua Zumba blends it all together in a safe, challenging, water-based workout that's cardio-conditioning, body-toning and most of all exhilirtaing beyond belief.

Drop-ins also welcome - $15 per class
