Description
Please complete this form at least one week prior to the pool party. If you are completing this form less than a week before the party, kindly print your confirmation and bring it with you to the pool party.
All registered Pool Party Guests will receive a FREE POOL DAY PASS for one person. When you are ready to use your day pass, just come to the pool and check in with the pool staff. Your name will be on special Free Pool Party Pass list.
